If you’re unable to process an exchange even though the item appears available, double-check that your item was not a pre-order. Pre-order items purchased at a discounted price can only be exchanged for the same pre-order item (if available). They are not eligible for exchange for any other items.
If you’d like a different color or style, we recommend returning the item for store credit and placing a new order once your preferred item is available.
