Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges must be booked and dropped off to USPS within 30 days of the order delivery date.Requests submitted or shipped after this window will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges to help you find the right fit or style.
- Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.
- Exchanges are not permitted on exchange orders (an exchanged item cannot be exchanged again).
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- A $5 exchange fee applies to help cover processing and shipping costs.
Pre-Order Exchanges
- Pre-Order items are offered at a discounted price and ineligible for exchange. You can return the item for a refund or store credit.
Returns & Refunds
We offer flexible return options so you can choose what works best for you:
- Returns for store credit are free.
- Returns to the original form of payment are accepted with a $5.95 deduction from the refund amount.
International Orders
- At this time, we do not offer international returns or exchanges.
Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return or Exchange)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Free promotional items
- Clearance items
- Gift Cards
- Limited Edition items
- Seasonal items
