When you place a pre-order, your payment method will be charged at checkout. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to process payment at that time.

The estimated ship date for pre-order items will be listed on the product page and included in your order confirmation email. Please keep in mind that this is an estimated timeframe and is not a guaranteed fulfillment date. Shipping timeframes may be adjusted based on production timelines, supplier inventory, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order contains both a regular in stock item and a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.
